1. 1 In the Influxr app, click Influencers in the sidebar, then Add influencer.
2. 2 Enter the creator's name, email address, and social media handles.
3. 3 Select their follower tier (Nano, Micro, Mid, Macro, or Mega) and niche category.
4. 4 Click Save. The creator is added as a Prospect and will automatically move to Contacted when you send them a review request.

1. 1 Go to Outreach in the sidebar and click Send review request.
2. 2 Click the product picker to choose the product you want reviewed. The product image and title will appear.
3. 3 Search for and select one or more creators from your list.
4. 4 Optionally add a personal message. You can use template variables like {{name}} and {{product}} to personalise it.
5. 5 Click Send request. Each creator receives an email with a unique link to submit their review.

There are a few things to check:

1. 1 Make sure you've added the Influxr Creator Reviews block to your product page template in the Theme Editor.
2. 2 Ensure the review has been approved in the Reviews section of the app. Only approved reviews appear on the storefront.
3. 3 Reviews are cached for up to 5 minutes. If you just approved a review, wait a moment and refresh.
4. 4 Check that the product is published to the Online Store sales channel in your Shopify admin.

The Free plan lets you add up to 3 creators and collect up to 10 reviews with photo uploads. You get the full review request workflow, email sending, moderation queue, and storefront display block.

To unlock unlimited creators, video uploads, custom email templates, and advanced features — upgrade to Starter or Pro on the Settings page inside the app.

Yes. On the Free plan, creators can upload photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP up to 10 MB each). On paid plans, video uploads are also supported (MP4, MOV up to 100 MB each).

All media is uploaded to Shopify's CDN via the Files API for fast, reliable delivery on your storefront.

Every review submitted by a creator starts with a Pending status. You can review each submission in the Reviews section and choose to:

• Approve — publishes the review to your storefront
• Reject — hides the review (with optional note)
• Pin — keeps the review at the top of the display
• Feature — highlights the review with special styling

If you prefer, you can enable auto-approve in Settings to skip the moderation step entirely.

Yes — when you add the Influxr block in the Theme Editor, you can configure:

• Layout — carousel, grid, or list
• Accent colour — matches your brand
• Show badges — display platform badges (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Show follower count — show the creator's follower tier
• Max reviews — limit how many reviews are displayed (1-20)

Influxr automatically tracks each creator's journey through three statuses:

• Prospect — the creator has been added but hasn't been contacted yet
• Contacted — a review request has been sent to the creator
• Active — the creator has submitted a review that has been approved

Status transitions happen automatically when you send requests and approve reviews. You can also set the status manually from the creator's detail page.

Influxr uses Shopify's built-in billing system. Your subscription charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice — there's no separate payment method required. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Settings page inside the app.

When you uninstall Influxr, all your data is permanently deleted — creators, reviews, requests, templates, and activity logs. This happens automatically via cascade delete when we receive the uninstall webhook from Shopify.

The review block on your theme will remain but will simply display nothing since there's no data to fetch. If you reinstall, you'll start fresh with a clean setup.
